I had initially ordered this product in December and it arrived without a label on it saying it needed to be refrigerated, as to all other packages, whose contents need to be refrigerated.It sent with all my other packages waiting to be wrapped.
When I ordered it most recently, rather than being delivered to my home, it sat at the post office for just one day because they’re too cheap to use UPS or FedEx. Despite my picking it up immediately, the ice had melted, and it was warm.

We're sorry that you're disappointed with the product shipping. There is a note in the package letting you know about the ice-pack and that it's normal to arrive warm. Our product is quite robust to temperatures even past 125F for the periods of time during shipping, with the ice-pack just as 'insurance' depending upon time of year and tempertures. We ship our product long distance freight where it's sold in stores and it's quite robust for even months before a sale at regular tempertures - we formulated it specifically for this. It does say to refigerate upon purchase, as this slows potency loss up until the 'Best By' date - but the few days of your shipment would not affect potency in the slightest.
I do not fine the taste to be bad. It isn’t candy like but not hard to swallow either.
Taking it to fight a winter long sore throat, right away I can tell the diference also improve the quality of my sleep. At the beginning the taste and smell is horrific but you get used to it a few days into.

I’ve ordered other ones that I can’t stand the taste of. The others were too artificial. This one is fine. I mix it with water and I feel healthier taking it. I know the taste isn’t for everyone, but I think it’s fine. And I much prefer it to the others I’ve tried.

I had high hopes for this supplement, but the taste is absolutely awful. It's incredibly unpleasant and hard to get past. I understand the importance of its benefits, but honestly, the disgusting taste makes it very difficult to take regularly. If you can get past the flavor, it might work for you, but I couldn't manage to get through it.

It's delicious mixed 50/50 with orange juice or apple juice, and this is legit stuff. I used to make it myself, I know what it tastes like and the container makes it better than if I made it myself because I would not be able to store it in a container like this which enable you to squeeze out the air. This appears to be made by people who care about what they are doing and it shows.
Best pure Vitamin C made in USA. I have used this Vitamin C for immune support for several years.
I'm super disappointed because I live in Los Angeles and was looking for a good detox product since I have been exposed to toxic air quality. Unfortunately I could not get past the smell and taste. This may be because I am a "super smeller," (medically known as hyperosmia, super smellers are people who have a heightened sense of smell compared to the average person). It may be that others don't have the same reaction as I do, but for me, I could smell it every time I opened the fridge and detect it absorbed into other items in my fridge. Very bummed out as this seemed like a great product but I can't speak to whether or not it was effective.
Hi Anne, thank you for sharing your experience. We understand... it's the smell/taste that we love, but only like a mother can. ;-) The pure glutathione molecule, which is what we use in our supplement, does have a sulphur atom in it. This does have a smell that humans are sensitive to, so we recommend mixing the tablespoon dose in juice. Organic tart cherry works and is low sugar. We understand if you can't get past the taste, so capsules may be easier. We don't currently make those, since it's less potent, but you'll still get some Glutathione that way if you want to see if it works for your body.
If you are taking synthetic folic acid this is a great replacement since the ingredients are not synthetic. Much better for your overall health. Lipo Naturals is also a very reliable company and has excellent customer service skills. Their products are clean.
