A study shows that the same procedure to create stem cells from skin for research, can also stop or reverse the aging process in mice. Instead of turning back the clock on the skin cells all the way until they become stem cells - with no differentiation or assignment - the scientists stop just short, leaving the cells thinking they are younger versions of themselves. The results are intriguing. Of course, there are also mice studies showing that vitamin C is closely linked to powerful anti-aging as well. See the article of the new study in The Guardian.
